Antique Mosaic Charm Quilt circa 1890s. Charm quilts are rare and wonderful because no two patches are the same. In the late 19th century women would trade material with friends and fellow quilters to get an amazing variety of fabrics. The back of this one is a beautiful brown print. Hand pieced with hundreds of hexagons. The hand quilting is done in double fans at 7 stitches to the inch. Twin size measuring 65″ X 78″ it is shown on a queen size bed. Price $595. Stock#19590

Double X antique quilt circa 1930. Solid red and white with a white back and thin cotton batting. Sawtooth borders on two opposing sides. Excellent hand quilting with wreaths and cross hatch at 8 stitches to the inch. Twin size measuring 61″X 71″. Price $595. Stock #19579

Dresden Plate antique quilt from the 1930s. Soft yellow and white with pastel calico prints. Yellow sashing on point around each plate. Bordered with half plates all around. Wonderful pastel feed sack prints. The back is white as is the binding. The batting is thin. Excellent hand quilting with floral, rope and conforming quilting at 9 stitches to the inch. The prettiest pink and blue crib quilt. “Nine Patch” circa 1930 has 2 pink calico prints and solid blue border and binding. There is also blue in one of the pink prints. There are two borders. Hand quilted with cross hatch and diagonal quilting at 9 stitches to the inch. The background of the front as well as the back is white. Measuring 37″ X 29″ there are endless ways to use this quilt.
